A spinal decompression machine for home, studio and clinic. PRAVILO uses gravity traction to gently stretch the spine and take pressure off the discs. Three modes in one frame: electric motor, manual winch and free weights. Designed and built by ZDRAVA since 2012.
Why decompress
Modern life compresses the spine: hours of sitting, stress, heavy loads. PRAVILO reverses that load. Slow traction lengthens the spine, creates space between the vertebrae and lets tight muscles and fascia release.
Clients use it for:
MRI results
Over tens of thousands of sessions we have collected MRI scans of clients taken before and after a course on PRAVILO. They show reduced disc protrusion and discs returning toward their normal position.
Individual results vary. Scans are published with each client's consent. The illustration shows the principle, not a real scan.
How it compares
An inversion table turns you upside down, putting load on the eyes, head and heart. PRAVILO keeps you upright or at a gentle angle and lets you control the stretch in small steps. That makes decompression softer, more precise and suitable for more people.
| PRAVILO | Inversion table | Clinic decompression table | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Position | upright or angled | upside down | lying |
| Control of traction | step by step: motor, winch or weights | body weight only | computer |
| Use at home | yes | yes | no |
| Works for neck and full body | yes | partly | separate devices |
Traction systems
Choose the mode for each session, or switch between them as the body opens up. All three work in the same frame.
For professionals
Chiropractors, physiotherapists, massage therapists, yoga and wellness studios use PRAVILO as a stretch therapy station. Add certification at the ZDRAVA Academy to offer decompression sessions to your clients.

The core design has not changed since 2012.

FAQ
A device that gently stretches the spine to take pressure off the discs and nerves. PRAVILO does it with gravity traction, controlled by a motor, a winch or free weights.
No. You are not turned upside down. PRAVILO keeps you upright or at a gentle angle, so there is no strong rush of blood to the head and the stretch is easier to control.
This is the most common reason clients come to us. MRI scans of our clients taken before and after a course show reduced protrusion and discs returning toward their normal position. Individual results vary.
Many of our clients start because of lower back pain or sciatica. Traction takes pressure off the lower spine and lets tight muscles release.
Yes. PRAVILO is built for home use. We recommend starting with a consultation or a supervised session with a certified ZDRAVA practitioner.
Most clients do a course of 5–6 sessions, 1–2 times a week, then continue for maintenance.
Talk to your doctor first if you have osteoporosis, acute inflammation, a recent injury or surgery, uncontrolled high blood pressure, a heart condition or are pregnant.
Yes. The machine disassembles into parts no longer than 2 m and ships tracked. Delivery time and cost depend on your country.
